| 摘 要： | 为了研究用温阳及补气两种温热经治疗虚寒证大鼠后，其脑及肾上腺内５－羟色胺（５－ＨＴ）及去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）神经元以及垂体内神经纤维的递质含量变化，采用免疫组织化学的方法进行神经元及纤维形态学观察及定量分析，用荧光测定法测量脑内两种递质的含量。结果温阳与补气药均使全脑的５－ＨＴ细胞及纤维着色变浅，ＮＥ细胞及纤维的染色加深。垂体内ＮＥ纤维递质含量增多，５－ＨＴ递质含量减少。肾上腺髓质内变化不明显。全脑

| Abstract: | Content of the neurotransmitters 5 - Hydroxytryptamine (5 -HT) and Norepinephrine (NE) in the neurons of the brain and adrenals and in the nerve fibers of the hypophysis after administration of drugs warm and hot in properties in the cold - deficiency rats were studied immunohistochemically and fluorimetrically. The results showed that both drugs for warming yang and replenishing qi could similarly increase the content of norepinephrine and decrease the content of 5 -hydroxytryptamine in the neurons in the brain and in the nerve fibers of the hypophysis. Their content in the adrenal medulla did not show significant change. |
