青岛市售贝类副溶血性弧菌污染状况及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:对青岛市售贝类中副溶血性弧菌进行污染状况调查,并对分离菌株进行毒力基因检测和耐药性分析,为贝类产品的食用安全及食源性疾病的防控提供依据。方法:根据GB/T 4789.7-2008标准对贝类中副溶血性弧菌进行分离鉴定,PCR法检测毒力基因,K-B法进行药敏试验。结果:143份样品中82份检出副溶血性弧菌,检出率达57.3%,不同品种和不同季节检出率差异显著。从阳性样品中分离到98株副溶血性弧菌,所有菌株均不含毒力基因tdh和trh,大部分菌株对氨苄西林和阿莫西林耐药,耐药率分别为92.9%和71.4%,所有菌株对头孢曲松、头孢吡肟、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、萘啶酸、吡哌酸、氯霉素和呋喃妥因100%敏感。结论:青岛市售贝类副溶血性弧菌污染较严重,存在一定程度的耐药情况,应加强对水产品副溶血性弧菌的监控和抗生素的使用管理。

Abstract:Objective:The contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in shellfish from Qingdao markets was investigated and the toxic genes and antimicrobial resistance of the isolated strains were tested,which can provide evidence for food safety of shellfish and prevention and contol of foodborne diseases.Methods: Presumed V.parahaemolyticus in shellfish were identified according to GB/T 4789.7-2008.The toxic genes were detected by PCR method and the antimicrobial resistance was performed by K-B method.Results: 82 samples were identified to contain V.parahaemolyticus in 143 samples with the incidence of 57.3%.There were significant differences of incidence among different species and seasons.98 strains of V.parahaemolyticus were isolated from the positive samples,all of which didn′t contain toxic genes tdh and trh.Most of the trains were resistant to ampicillin and amoxycillin with the ratio of 92.9% and 71.4%,respectively.All the strains showed sensitivity to ceftriaxone,cefepime,gentamicin,kanamycin,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,nalidixic acid,pipemidic acid,chloramphenicol and nitrofurantoin.Conclusion: The shellfishes from Qingdao markets were highly contaminated by V.parahaemolyticus and the isolated strains had antimicrobial resistance to a certain extent,which indicated it was necessary to strengthen monitoring of V.parahaemolyticus in aquatic products and management of antibiotics′ usage.
