Cortisomol糊剂在一次性根管充填术中的应用

目的:探讨Cortisomol糊剂在一次性根管充填术后的临床应用效果。方法:选择我院2010年1月～2011年12月口腔门诊进行一次性根管充填术治疗的患者103例,共116颗患牙,分为两组,观察组采用牙胶尖加Cortisomol糊剂一次性根管充填,对照组采用牙胶尖加氧化锌糊剂一次性根管充填,观察比较术后一周疼痛情况及术后半年的临床疗效。结果:术后1周观察组疼痛发生率为3.39%,对照组疼痛发生率为21.05%,两组比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。术后半年观察组手术成功率为98.36%,对照组手术成功率为95.38%,观察组手术成功率高于对照组,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Cortisomol糊剂应用于一次性根管充填临床反应良好,疼痛和肿胀较轻。

Application of cortisomol paste in one-time root canal filling

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cortisomol paste in one-time root canal filling.Methods:One hundred and sixteen teeth in one hundred and three patients treated with one-time root canal filling from Jun.2010 to Dec.2011 were randomly divided into two groups,One group (observation group)was treated with gutta percha point plus cortisomol paste and the other group was treated with gutta percha point plus zinc oxide paste.Pain situation one week after operation and clinical effect six months after operation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The prevalence of pain of the observation group one week after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.39% Vs 14.04%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the success rate of surgery between the two group (98.36% Vs.95.38%,P>005).Conclusion:Cortisomol paste used in one-time root canal therapy is effective with light pain and swelling.
