| 摘 要： | 目的：研究日本产草药苦苣菜（Sonchus olerctceus L．）全草的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱法分离纯化，根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果与结论：从日本产苦苣菜的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离鉴定了4个化合物：对-甲氧基苯乙酸（1）、木犀草素（2）、芹菜素（3）、3-O-葡萄糖-5，7，3’，4＇-四羟基黄酮（4）。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Japanese herb Sonchus oleraceus.Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography and preparative HPLC and identified by such modern spectrum techniques as 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS.Results and Conclusion: Four compounds were isolated and elucidated as p-methoxyphenylacetic acid(1),luteolin(2),apigenin(3),quercetin-3-O-glucoside(4). |
