2013-2017年北京市西城区5岁以下儿童死亡状况分析

目的了解北京市西城区5岁以下儿童死亡变化趋势及主要死亡原因,为降低5岁以下儿童死亡率提供依据。方法分析西城区2013-2017年儿童死亡监测资料,采用国际疾病分类(ICD-10)进行死因分类。结果2013-2017年西城区5岁以下儿童死亡率、婴儿死亡率、早期新生儿死亡率呈逐年下降趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童死亡主要原因为早产或低出生体重、其他先天异常、出生窒息、先天性心脏病、败血症,其中出生窒息在死因顺位中逐年下降。结论应加强围产期保健管理,强化医疗机构内涵建设,提高产科和儿科的服务质量,加强儿童保健系统管理,进一步降低5岁以下儿童死亡率。

Analysis on the mortality situation of children under 5 years old in Xicheng district of Beijing,2013-2017

Objective To understand the mortality trend and causes among children under 5 years old in Xicheng district of Beijing,and to provide basis for reducing the mortality.Methods Data collected from death monitoring in Xicheng district during 2013 to 2017 were analysed.International Classification of Diseases 10(ICD-10)was enrolled in the study.Results The mortality rates of children under 5 years old,infant and early newborn were declining each year and their differences were significant(P<0.05).Premature delivery or low birth weight,other congenital abnormalities,birth asphyxia,congenital heart defects and septicemia were the major causes of child death.Birth asphyxia decreased year by year among the sequence of death causes.Conclusions The management of perinatal care and the connotation of medical institutions should be strengthened in order to further reduce mortality rate of children under 5-year-old.Meanwhile,the service quality of obstetrics and pediatrics and the management of the child health system should also be improved.
