摘    要:羟基磷灰石/聚合物复合支架具有良好的机械性能、降解性、成骨活性、缓释功能,将其作为细胞生长因子、细胞和药物载体用于骨修复成为了骨组织工程的研究热点之一。文章主要就近几年羟基磷灰石/聚合物支架负载生长因子、细胞和药物在骨损伤或骨缺损治疗中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Hydroxyapatite/polymer composite scaffolds have excellent mechanical properties, biodegradability, osteogenic activity, and sustained release function. Using them as cell growth factor, cells and drugs carriers for bone repair has become one of the research hotspots in bone tissue engineering. This article mainly reviews the research progress of hydroxyapatite/polymer scaffolds loaded with growth factor, cells and drugs in the treatment of bone injury or defect in recent years.
