摘    要:目的:观察基于力反馈的上肢康复机器人对亚急性期脑卒中上肢功能的影响。方法:收集脑卒中患者 56例并随机 分为试验组28例和对照组28例。对照组进行上肢常规康复训练,40min/次;试验组采取20min常规训练+20min上肢康复机器 人训练,1次/d,5次/周,共 3周。治疗前后采用上肢运动学参数、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评价表及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评 估上肢功能及日常生活活动能力。结果:治疗后试验组上肢运动学参数及FMA-UE评分优于对照组(P<0.05),两组日常生活 活动能力差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论:基于力反馈的上肢康复机器人可以有效改善脑卒中后上肢运动功能且优于常规 训练,但对日常生活活动能力的提升与常规训练相近。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot on upper limb function after stroke. Methods: 56 patients after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group (28 cases) and control group (28 cases). The control group received routine upper limb rehabilitation training(40min/d); The experimental group received 20min routine training +20min upper limb rehabilitation robot training, once a day, 5 times a week for 3 weeks. Upper limb function and ability of daily living were evaluated by upper limb kinematic parameters, Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function evaluation scale(FMA-UE) and Modified Barthel index (MBI) before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the kinematic parameters and FMA-UE score of the upper limbs of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05), but there was no statistical significance in the ability of daily living between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: The upper limb rehabilitation robot based on force feedback can effectively improve the upper limb motor function after stroke and is better than the conventional training, but the improvement of the ability of daily living activities(ADL) is similar to the conventional training.
