| 摘 要： | 阐述《内经》对于腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的观点与治疗思路,介绍彭德忠教授基于《内经》理论与刺法发展而来的 “筋骨理论”与“过骨输刺法”。从《内经》以“骨”为主出发,彭德忠教授认为当前治疗LDH应“筋骨并重,以筋为主,以筋-骨-筋 为本质”,针刺治疗时“以刺到病所为原则,以过骨输刺为刺法”,从而提高临床疗效。
