摘    要:本次对全县36个冷饮食品生产厂家的卫生情况调查及其生产的118份样品的检测表明,该县冷饮生产企业卫生状况差,生产设施简陋,达不到冷饮食品生产的基本卫生要求。产品合格率仅8.5%,细菌总数、大肠菌群、糖精等指标超标严重,冰棒、冰淇淋、果味饮料等冷饮食品加工中存在滥用色素情况。

Abstract:Mongzi health prevention station Xiao-Di-Yong, Zong Jing-Fong, Pu Jin-Xiu, Mao Bin-Dian, Zhang Jien-Nen The hygenic situation of 36 cold-drink enterprisers in Mongzi county was inves- tigated, and their 118 samples were examined. The result showed that the general hygenic situ- ation of all 36 cold-drink enterprisers was bad, their equipment simple, crude and not fit for cold-drink producton. Only 8.5% samples were qualified for country's standard. The total bacteria number, MPN of coliform group and saccharin were greatly beyond GB2760-82. And the colour additives were abused in the cold-food production.
