超声引导连续股神经阻滞用于老年患者膝关节置换术后康复镇痛的临床观察

目的：：探讨超声引导连续股神经阻滞用于老年患者膝关节置换术后康复镇痛的临床效果。方法：选择 ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级拟行单侧全膝关节置换术老年患者60例，随机分为静脉镇痛(A)组和超声引导连续股神经阻滞镇痛(B)组各30例。记录2组静息、持续被动运动时的疼痛视觉模拟评分，肌力评级和不良反应发生情况。结果：B 组在术后各时间点静息和运动时的疼痛视觉模拟评分均显著低于 A 组(P <0.01)。结论：超声引导连续股神经阻滞用于全膝关节置换术后镇痛效果良好，是老年患者全膝关节置换术术后较为理想的镇痛方法。

Effect of continuous femoral nerve block guided by ultrasound on the postoperative rehabilitation analgesia in elderly patients with total knee arthroplasty

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of continuous femoral nerve block guided by ultrasound on the postoperative rehabilitation analgesia in elderly patients with total knee arthroplasty. Methods:Sixty elderly patients with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ treated with unilateral total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into the intravenous analgesia group(group A) and continuous femoral nerve block analgesia guided by ultrasound group(group B)(30 cases each group). The pain visual analogue scale of resting and continuous passive motion,strength rating and incidence of adverse reaction in two groups were observed. Results:The pain visual analogue scale of resting and continuous passive motion of group B after operation were significantly lower than those of group A ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusions:The clinical effect of continuous femoral nerve block guided by ultrasound on the postoperative analgesia in elderly patients with total knee arthroplasty is good,which is a good method of easing pain after operation.
