右美托咪啶复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用

摘    要:目的:观察不同剂量右美托咪啶(DEX)复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用价值。方法:选择102例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,诱导前分别给予DEX 0.4ug/Kg和0.8ug/kg,麻醉诱导维持方法相同。结果:两组患者麻醉前、诱导后HR和MAP比较差异无统计学意义;观察组(DEX0.4ug/Kg)切皮后和拔管后心率(HR)及平均动脉压(MAP)高于对照组;麻醉诱导时及切皮后30min内丙泊酚用量明显低于对照组,两组术后苏醒时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麻醉诱导前泵注0.4ug/Kg DEX,可减少丙泊酚用量,维持血流动力学稳定,有利于手术安全。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the application value of different doses of dexmedetomidine (DEX) combined with propofol for total intravenous anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods: 102 patients for gynecological laparoscopic operation were as the research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,were treated with 0.4ug/Kg DEX and 0.8ug/kg DEX before the induction of anesthesia induction and the same maintenance method. Results:About the HR and MAP in the two groups before anesthesia and after induction,there was not statistically significant.After skin incision and after extubation, HR and MAP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.In anesthesia induction and 30min after skin incision,the dosage of propofol was significantly lower than that in the control group,but about postoperative recovery time,there was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Infusion of 0.4ug/Kg DEX Before induction of anesthesia,can reduce the dosage of propofol, maintain the stability of hemodynamics, facilitates the operation safety.
