奥美拉唑联合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗返流性食管炎的临床观察

目的：探讨奥美拉唑联合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗返流性食管炎的疗效及安全性。方法：将96例返流性食管炎患者分为两组：对照组48例和观察组48例。对照组采用奥美拉唑+吗丁啉+硫糖铝常规用药方案，观察组运用奥美拉唑联合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗。结果：两组内镜检查疗效比较，观察组治疗痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组主要症状（烧心、泛酸、胸痛和胃胀痛）积分改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论：奥美拉唑联合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗返流性食管炎可取得较常规治疗方法更为显著的临床疗效，且安全性好。

Clinical Observation of Modified Treatment on Reflux Esophagitis by Omeprazole Combining Chaihu Shugan Powder

Objietive:To discuss the treatment efficacy and safety of modified treatment on reflux esophagitis by Omeprazole combining Chaihu Shugan Powder. Method:Divide 96 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis into two groups:48 cases for the control group and 48 for the observation group.The conventional drug use scheme of Omeprazole+ Domperidone + Sucralfate is adopted for the control group, and the modified treatment of Omeprazole combining Chaihu Shugan Powder is applied to the observation group.Result:Compare the efficacy of endoscopy of the two groups, the treatment cure rate and overall response rate of the observation group are significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); The integral improvement of main symptoms (heart burn, sour regurgitation, chest pain, swelling pain) of the observation group is superior to that of the control group (P<0.05);There is no clear difference in the occurrence rate of adverse responses between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:More significant clinical treatment efficacy can be achieved through modified treatment on reflux esophagitis by Omeprazole combining Chaihu Shugan Powder than the conventional treatment way, and the safety of the former is much better.
