鞘内置管脑脊液持续引流治疗结核性脑膜炎疗效观察

目的观察鞘内置管脑脊液持续引流治疗结核性脑膜炎的疗效。方法将40例重症结核性脑膜炎患者随机分成2组。2组患者均给予常规治疗,包括抗结核治疗、脱颅压药物及激素应用、支持对症治疗。在上述治疗基础上,治疗组采用鞘内置管脑脊液持续引流。3个月后观察2组总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为60%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鞘内置管脑脊液持续引流治疗结核性脑膜炎,方便、安全,疗效满意。值得在临床上推广应用。

Observation on Efficacy of Sheath Built-in Tube Combined with Continuous Drainage of Cerebrospinal Fluid on Treating Tuberculous Meningitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of sheath built-in tube combined with continuous drainage of CSF on treating tuberculous meningitis.Methods The total 40 patients of severe tuberculous meningitis were divided into two groups at random.All patients were given conventional therapy which conclude routine anti-tuberculous drugs treatment,dehydrant,hormone applications and support treatment.On the basis of regular treatment the treatment group received additional treatment of sheath built-in tube combined with continuous drainage of CSF.The total effective rate were compared between the two groups by the end of 3 months.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while the control group was 60%.There was a significan difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is simple,safe and effective to treat tuberculous meningitis under sheath builtin tube combined with continuous drainage of CSF.It is deserved to be encouraged.
