社区护理专业教学计划中培养目标的研究

目的 探讨社区护理专业的培养目标,为开设社区护理专业制定教学计划提供参考依据.方法 采用问卷调查方法对护理人员和社区居民进行社区卫生服务的需求等相关内容的调查.结果 调查显示社区护理人员应具备的素质排在前5位的分别是:职业道德素质、良好的心理素质、急救意识、思想道德素质、医学专业素质;社区居民对卫生服务需求偏重于健康教育方面,护理人员偏重于慢性病护理和家庭护理,对社区居民与护理人员需求进行比较,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),提示护理人员对未来社区卫生服务的期望值远远高于社区居民.结论 社区护理专业本科学生素质的培养应注意职业道德素质、心理素质、身体素质的培养,专业能力培养,应具有较强的社区护理实践能力、医疗保健和健康教育的能力、急救能力、康复护理指导能力和独立处理问题的能力.

Study on training objective in teaching plan of community nursing

Objective To explore the training objective of community nursing, and to provide the reference basis for establishing the major of community nursing and constituting the teaching plan. Methods The nurses and community citizens were investigated against the related contents of requirements of community health service using a questionnaire method. Results The investigation showed that the first five features that the community nursing personnel should possess included professional moral quality, good psychological quality, first aid consciousness, ideological and moral quality, and quality of medical science. The community citizens'requirements to health service emphasized particularly on the health education, while nursing personnel's emphasized particularly on the nursing of chronic disease and family nursing. Through comparing the requirements between community citizens and nursing personnel, there was a statistical meaning(P <0. 05 or P <0. 01 ). This suggested that nursing personnel' s expected value to community health service in future was greatly higher that that of community citizens. Conclusions The quality training of nursing undergraduates should pay attention to professional moral quality, psychological quality, physical quality and professional ability. These students should have better practice ability of community nursing, ability of medical treatment and health education, ability of first aid, ability to guide the rehabilitation nursing and ability to cope with problems independently.
