肿瘤患者的自我评价与社会支持间的关系研究

目的通过方差分析和相关回归分析比较肿瘤患者和正常人群社会支持程度和自我评价的差异.方法应用社会支持量表和自我评价量表分别对肿瘤患者(均为入院治疗达一定时间的患者,70例)和正常对照者(70例)进行问卷调查.结果(1)在社会支持程度和自我评价这两项指标数值的比较中,肿瘤患者明显低于对照人群.(2)肿瘤患者和正常人群自我评价与社会支持利用度有着相关回归关系.结论肿瘤患者自我评价的高低对于其康复和生活质量的提高有非常大的影响,而社会支持对提高肿瘤患者的自我评价又起着不可低估的作用.

Relationship between self-appraise and social support in tumor patients

Objective To study the difference of social support and self-appraise between tumor patients and normal people through analyses of variance, correlation and regression. Methods Social support and self-appraise scales were used to investigate the tumor patients(70 cases) and normal people (70 cases) . Results (1) The level of social support and self-appraise in tumor patients were lower than those in the normal people. (2)Self-appraise had a correlation and regression with social support in tumor patients and normal people. Conclusions The level of self-appraise in tumor patients affects the recovery and life quality of them. Social support has the imponderable effect on increase in the self-appraise in tumor patients.
