二次纤支镜检查对肺癌的诊断价值

本文报道了497例拟诊为支气管肺癌进行纤支镜检查,其中35例首次纤支镜活检及刷检为阴性的进行二次纤支镜活检,确诊为肺癌14例,肺癌可疑2例,细胞异型1例,肺结核1例,故认为二次纤支镜检查是有价值的。并结合镜下表现探讨了肺癌诊断中的关键问题,对提高镜下取材阳性率进行了分析。

The Values of Repeat Bronchoscopy in the Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

Bronchoscopy were performed in 497 patients with suspected lung cancer.Out of 497 cases,37 cases did not acquired histologic diagnosis in the first examination and underwent repeat bronchoscopy.The repeat bronchoscopy were valuable,there were 14 cases of ling cancer 2 cases of suspected lung cancer,1 case of tuberculosis,1 case with aberrant cell were further confirmed In this article,the major problems in the diagnosis of lung cancer were discussed,and the methods to improve the positive rate of biopsy with bronchoscopy were also analyzed.
