阿维A联合克拉霉素治疗多发性尖锐湿疣临床观察

目的观察阿维A联合克拉霉素治疗多发性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法治疗组38例,用CO2激光祛除疣体后口服阿维A30～40mg/d,共4周,克拉霉素0.5mg/d,共14天;对照组35例仅CO2激光治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组复发4例,复发率10.53%;对照组复发17例,复发率48.57%,两组复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿维A联合克拉霉素可有效地抑制多发性尖锐湿疣的复发。

Clinical Evaluation of Acitretin Combined with Clarithromycin in Treatment of Multiple Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acitretin combined with clarithromycin on treatment multiple condyloma acuminatum and the security. Methods Thirty-eight cases in treatment group were treated by CO2 laser and oral acitretin capsule 30~40mg daily for 4 weeks sustained medication with 14 days successive application of oral clarithromycin 0.5mg daily,moreover patients in control group were treated only by CO2 laser. The effect of the two groups was contrasted. Results The treating group had 4(10.53%)recurrent cases,and the control group had 17(48.57%)recurrent cases. The difference of recurrent rate between two groups shows statistical significance (χ2=12.869,P<0.01). Conclusion The scheme has a good effect to treat multiple condyloma acuminatum and it is a choosing way in clinic treatment.
