| 摘 要： | 陈宝贵教授认为,痛风与传统痹证不完全相合,辨治较为困难。其发病与正气不足和风、寒、湿、热之邪相关。痛风为本虚标实之证,应遵循急则治其标,缓则治其本,正本清流,祛其邪,绝其根的原则。
