| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰岛素调节创伤失血性休克病人中性粒细胞（PMN）凋亡的作用。方法：胰岛素组和非胰岛素组的PMN分别培养分为3h、6h、12h、18h、24h、36h，比较两组PMN的凋亡率的变化。结果：胰岛素组的PMN的凋亡率显著高于非胰岛素组（P〈0．05）。结论：胰岛素促进了PMN以凋亡形式的死亡。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore effect of insulin on PMN apoptosis in the Traumatic hemorrhagic shock Patients in vitro.Method: To compare the apoptosis change of PMN when incubated at 0,3,6,12,18,24,36 hours in the two group.Results:Apoptosis rate of PMN in insulin group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Insulin might induce apoptosis of PMN. |
