| 摘 要： | 本文通过对江西鄱阳湖血吸虫病重疫区３个自然村的社会经济状况的调查，对影响血吸虫病传播的１７项社会经济因素进行了非条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ多元回归分析。结果显示，年龄、接触疫水、饮用湖水、家庭经济水平和人均住房面积等５项因素为主要的危险因素；文化程度和对血吸虫病危害认识程度２项因素为保护因素。

| Abstract: | An investigation on socioeconomic factors affecting schistosomiasis transmission was conducted in the three natural villages in Poyang Lake region,Jiangxi Province, in April December 1993. The relation between seventeen socioeconomic factors and schistosomiasis(positive stool examination)were quantitatively analyzed using the unconditional logistic multi regression model. The results showed that five factors including age,contact of infested water,drinking water from lake,economic level of family and average housing area per person were selected as the main risk factors of schistosomiasis infection. Another two factors,education level and knowledge on schistosomiasis control,were the main safety factors. |
