急性脑梗死神经功能恶化是指脑梗死发生后,其神经功能缺损症状及体征在一定时间内进行性加重;其发生可能是多因素共同作用的结果,与血压、血糖、血清铁蛋白水平等关系密切;机制可能包括缺血半暗带向不可逆损伤的转化、损伤的中心区周边的反复去极化、脑血流量下降区的代谢率增加等。

Research of Deterioration of Neurological Function in Acute Cerebral Infarction

The symptoms and signs of neurological deficit is increasing within a certain time after cerebral infarction,this is deterioration of neurological function in acute cerebral infarction.The results show that,Its occurrence may be the result of many factors and has a close relationship with Blood pressure,blood glucose and serum ferritin content.The mechanism may be included:the irreversible damage of ischemic penumbra,repeatedly depolarization of the periphery of injury center,metabolic rate increased of decreased area which cerebral blood flow.
