含氟地热水对环境污染与健康影响研究

为研究含量氟地热水对环境与健康的影响，采用卫生学方法进行全面系统的研究，结果表明，地热点周围的地面水及土壤已受到不同程度的污染，地热点种植的蔬菜主地热水养殖的鱼体中其氟含量明显高于对照点，虽然地热点与对照点氟对儿童尿氟，氟斑牙等徜有明显区别，但所调查的１０年以上长期接触含氟地热水的溶室工作人员，其白细胞均明显低于一般浴室工作人员，因此，开发利用地热水后，对周围环境污染及远期的健康影响应予以重视。

Study on Environmental Fluorine Pollution Due to Utilization in Hot Spring Water and its Health Effect

o study the environmental and health effect of Fluorine pollution in hot spring water,we conducted the complete and systematic research on it by means of epidemology.The results indicated that surface water and soil surrounding tho spring had been polluted by Fluorine in some degrees.The Fluorine concentration of surrounding vegetables and fishes living in discharged spring water was higher than that of control samples.Although the Fluorine content in urine and the rate of dental fluorosis of the children living in pollution area were not significantly higher than thase of control group,among the servants who had been worked in hot spring public bath room for more than 10 years,the average number of their white blood cells was lower than that of workers who worked in other ordinary public bath rooms.So we suggested when hot spring were emlpoyed and utilized the following problems such as environmental pollution and chronical health effect should be put adequate attention.
