德国小蠊血淋巴和卵巢蛋白的分析

摘    要:目的 :了解敏感品系 (S)和抗性品系 (R)德国小蠊血淋巴蛋白和卵巢蛋白的组成。方法 :聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)。结果 :(1)雌虫血淋巴蛋白显带分别为S 14、Rc 15、Rp 15、Rz 15条 ,它们有 2条相同的主带 ,迁移率分别为 0 .18、0 .2 9;R品系比S品系多 1条迁移率为 0 .14的谱带 ;(2 )雄虫血淋巴蛋白显带分别为S 9、Rc 10、Rp 10、Rz 10条 ,它们有 1条相同的主带 ,迁移率为 0 .3 2 ;R品系比S品系多 1条迁移率为 0 .6的谱带 ;(3 )卵巢蛋白显带均为 13条 ,但迁移率相同的谱带 ,R品系比S品系的染色淡、宽度窄 ,其相同的主带有 1条 ,迁移率为 0 .2 7。结论 :R品系增加的血淋巴蛋白带可能与抗性有关 ,某些卵巢蛋白带量的减少可能是造成繁殖率、孵化率低的原因。

Abstract:Objective: To study the protein composition in haemolymph and ovary of the German cockroach. Methods: Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Results:(1)The compositions of female-specific haemolymph protein were S 14,Rc 15,Rp 15 and Rz 15 belts respectively. S and R strains had two identical primary belts,whose ratios of movement were 0.18 , 0.29 respectively. R strain was one belt more than S strain,which ratio was 0.14 .(2)Those of male-specific haemolymph protein were S 9,Rc 10,Rp 10 and Rz 10 belts respectively.They had one identical primary belt,whose ratio of movement was 0.32 . R strain was also one belt more than S strain, which ratio was 0.6 .(3)The compositions of egg proteins all were 13 belts.The belts of R strains were lighter on colour and narrower on width than those of S strain whose ratios of movement were the same.They had one identical primary belt,whose ratio of movement was 0.27 .Conclusion: The increasing belts of haemolymph protein were related to resistance probably.The belts of egg protein whose quantity were reduced caused that the ratios of the reproduction and the incubation were cut down probably.
