我院院内深部真菌感染易感因素分析

目的:分析我院院内深部真菌感染的易感因素并探讨其预防措施.方法:回顾性调查我院2003年1月～2004年12月深部真菌感染病历,对其抗菌药物的应用种类,应用时间,肾上腺皮质激素应用情况,真菌感染部位、菌种,抗真菌药物的使用,侵入性治疗情况进行分析.结果:广谱抗菌药物合并肾上腺皮质激素长期大量使用及侵入性治疗手段增加是造成深部真菌感染的重要因素.结论:合理使用广谱抗菌药物和肾上腺皮质激素,减少不必要的侵入性治疗,提高机体免疫力是预防深部真菌感染及改善预后的重要手段.

Impressionable factor analysis of nosocomial deep mycosis infection in our hospital

Objective:To analyze the impressionable factor of nosocomial deep mycosis infection in our hospital and explore the prevent measure.Methods:Investigate the medical records of patients with nosocomial deep mycosis in the period from January 2003 to December 2004,and analyze the kinds of antibacterial,time,applied instance of ATCH,place of mycosis infected and kinds of mycosis,use of antibacterial and inbreaking therapy instance,respectively.Results:Treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics combined with ATCH and increased the inbreaking therapy method were the important factor of deep mycosis.Conclusion:Rational use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and adrenocortical steroids,decrease needless inbreaking therapy,increase body immunity is the most important way to prevent deep mycosis and improve the prognosis.
