| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨TCD在慢性酒中毒患者引起的脑血管血流动力学改变中的应用价值。方法:对52例长期饮酒患者及48例正常健康成人分组进行TCD检测,并分析结果。结果:52例长期饮酒患者大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)的平均血流速度减慢明显,与对照组差异显著。结论:TCD对评价慢性酒中毒患者引起脑血管血流动力学改变方面具有较大价值。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To observe the characteristics of transcranial doppler in patient with chronic alcoholism.Methods:52 patients with chronic alcoholism and 48 healthy volunteer received examination of transcranial doppler.Results:The mean blood velocity in patients with chronic alcoholism were significantly lower than that in healthy volunteer(P<0.05).Conclusions:TCD is a simple,economic and effective method for assessing the change of cerebrovascular dymanics in patient with chronic alcoholism. |
