摘    要:目的 观察和评估在冠状动脉造影和介入治疗后即刻在股动脉穿刺处使用Angio-seal血管闭合器的安全性和可靠性。方法 232例心血管患者在行心导管术后分为Angio-seal止血组(115例,其中冠状动脉造影52例,冠状动脉介入术63例)和人工压迫止血组(117例,其中冠状动脉造影54例,冠状动脉介入术63例),应用两种方法止血。观察两组止血时间、下肢制动时间和血管并发症。结果 应用Anglo-seal止血器成功率达97.396。与人工压迫止血相比,止血时间及下肢制动时间明显缩短,心血管并发症发生率低。结论 Anglo-seal血管闭合器安全可靠,止血快,患者下床活动早,血管并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the safety and reliability of the closure device for systematic sealing of femoral access site immediately after coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods Two hundred and thirty two patients who underwent cardiac catheterization procedures were divided into Angio-seal group (115 cases ,52 cases underwent coronary angiography ,63 cases underwent coronary interventional procedures) and manual compression group (117 cases , 54 cases underwent coronary angiography ,63 cases underwent coronary interventional procedures). The time to hemostasis , time to cessation and vascular complication were compared between the two groups.Results The successful hemostasis rate by Angio-seal device was 97.3% . A significant reduction in time to reliable hemostasis , time to cessation and vascular complications were associated with use of the Angio-seal device.Conclusion The Angio-seal device can achieve hemostasis and ambulation faster than manual compression . The use of the Angio-seal device is safe and effective .
