端粒酶活性与前列腺增生关系的研究

目的 探讨端粒酶活性与前列腺增生的关系.方法 应用端粒重复片段扩增法(TRAP法)检测30例前列腺增生(BPH)组织、10例正常前列腺组织及30例增生结节和包膜组织中的端粒酶活性表达情况,并比较端粒酶活性水平与BPH的关系.结果 BPH组织中端粒酶阳性14例(46.7%),正常前列腺组织中端粒酶阳性1例(10%),增生结节组织中端粒酶阳性14例(46.7%),包膜组织中阳性1例(3.3%);BPH组织端粒酶阳性表达率高于正常前列腺组织(P＜0.05),增生结节阳性率明显高于包膜组织(P＜0.01).结论 前列腺增生可能与端粒酶的活性表达增加有关.

Study of Relationship between Telomerase Activity and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective To study the relationship between telomerase activity and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Method Telomerase activity was determined by polymerase chain reaction based telomeric repeat amplification protocol assay(TRAP), in 30 cases of BPH tissues, 10 cases of normal prostate tissues and 30 cases of prostate hyperplastic tubercle and diaphragm tissues. Results Telomerase activity was detected in 14 of 30(46.7%)BPH tissues, 1 of 10(10.0%)normal prostate tissues, 14 of 30(46.7%) prostate hyperplastic tubercle tissues and 1 of 30(3.3%)prostate diaphragm tissues. The positive rate of telomerase activity in BPH is significantly higher than that in the normal prostate tissues (P<0.05).The positive rate of telomerase activety in the prostate hyperplastic tubercle was significantly higher than that in prostate diaphragm(P<0.01). Conclusion The BPH may be related to the increase in the expression of telomerase activity.
