摘    要:目的 探讨丙烯腈对职业接触工人机体衰老的影响。方法 对 199名丙烯腈接触工人 (接触组 )及 4 3名无毒物接触史工人 (对照组 )的白发、色素沉着等衰老体征进行观察 ,并使用记忆力测试自评量表对两组人群进行认知功能问卷调查。结果 丙烯腈职业接触组记忆力评分明显高于对照组 ,同时接触组白发发生率 4 4 7% ,对照组为 2 3% ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 职业接触丙烯腈可引起作业工人认知功能中记忆力减退 ,并促使工人早生白发。

Abstract:Objective The relationship between occupational exposure to acrylonitrile(ACN) and aging of workers was studied.Methods 199 workers exposed to ACN and 43 control workers were investigated by questionnaire including cognitive function and aging sign of human body such as canities,pigmentation etc. Results Comparing with control workers,the scores of anamnesis of workers exposed to ACN were significantly higher(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the ACN workers incidence of canities was 44.7%,which was significantly higher than 2.3% in the control.Conclusions Occupational ACN exposure can induce the decline of cognitive function and appearance of canities earlier than the control.
