| 摘 要： | 采用单抗放免疫法测定５２例急白患儿和１８例健康儿童的血小板膜表面ＧＭＰ－１４０分子数和血浆ＴＸＢ２浓度显示，患儿ＧＭＰ－１４０和ＴＸＢ２明显高于健康儿童，Ｐ值分别〈０．００１和〉０．０１。各类型急白间差异不明显，经化疗随病情缓解而降至正常对照组水平，伴显性出血和化疗无效者ＧＭＰ－１４０和ＴＸＢ２均较高。

| Abstract: | It was determined by moloclonal antibody-radioimmunoassay.The value of GMP-140 and TXB_2 in children with AL was markedly higher then that in healthy ones,P<0.001 and P<0.01 respectively.There was no significant differance about the value of GMP-140 and TXB_2 among various kinds of AL,It returned to the level of control group when the illness was remission after chemotherapy.The value of GMP-140 and TXB_2 was higher in children with AL combined with hemorrhage and failed to chemotherapy.The result indicated that the degree of platelet activation in children with AL was increased.The diteriination of the level of GMP-140 and TXB_2 was useful in the diagnosis of AL and confirmation of remission.The reason of hemorrhage and failure to chemotherapy was discussed. |
