| 摘 要： | 糖尿病在我国的发病率逐年提高,糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病的常见微血管并发症之一,亦是糖尿病的主要并发症和死亡原因。因此,糖尿病肾病是全球范围内包括我国肾脏病学界面临的严峻挑战。所以,探究有效的手段防治DN至关重要。但是目前西医尚无特效治疗药物,而中医药在DN的辨证治疗中取得了一定进展。现将DN中医辨证治疗的现状简述如下。

| Abstract: | The morbidity of diabetes has been increasing year by year in our country.As a common micro-vascular complication,DN(Diabetic Nephropathy) is not only the main complication of diabetes but also the death cause of human being.Domestic field of nephrology treats DN as a rigorous challenge.So it’s critical to investigate effective methods to prevent DN.Currently,there isn’t any western medicine exactly fits the DN.In contrary,certain progress has been made in the traditional Chinese medicine area concerning the DN treatment.And the present status of differential treatment by traditional Chinese methods is displayed as follows. |
