恩替卡韦联合银杏叶片治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化临床观察

目的观察恩替卡韦联合银杏叶片治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法将失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化40例随机分为两组,对照组20例予恩替卡韦0.5mg,1次/d口服,治疗组20例在对照组基础上加服银杏叶片,2片/次,3次/d口服。两组均以6个月为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后血清肝纤维化指标血清透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、1V型胶原(Ⅳ-C)]、Child-Pugh积分、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBiL)及乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)。结果治疗组HA、PC-III降低明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后Child-Pugh积分均减少,ALT、AST、HBV-DNA水平下降,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合银杏叶片治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化能协同改善肝功能及预后。

Clinical observation of combination of entecavir and ginkgo biloba on the treatment of decompensated HBV-related cirrhosis

Objective To observe the effect of combination of entecavir and ginkgo biloba on the treatment of decompensated HBV-related cirrhosis.Methods 40 cases of decompensated HBV-related cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups.20 cases in control group were treated by entecavir,0.5mg,once a day.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of ginkgo biloba and entecavir.each time 2 tablets three times a day.Child-Pugh score,serological biochemical markers,HBV-DNA and serological hepatic fibrosis indexes were measured before and after Six months in two groups.Results Six months after treatment.HA and PC-Ⅲ in treatment group were obviously decreased(P<0.05).Child-Pugh score,ALT,AST and HBV-DNA in two groups was decreased after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of entecavir and ginkgo biloba can cooperatively improve liver function and prognosis on the treatment of decompensated HBV-related cirrhosis
