危重患者深部真菌感染调查

目的分析96例危重患者深部真菌感染情况和临床特点。方法在2006年1月～2007年1月期间，对96例ICU患者的血、痰、尿、引流液进行真菌检查，并分析临床资料。结果1年期间ICU共发生8例深部真菌感染，感染菌种以念珠菌为多，其发生与抗生素、糖皮质激素的使用及严重基础疾病、老龄有关。结论重视ICU深部真菌感染，控制易患因素，及时真菌检查甚至监测以做到早期诊断和早期治疗。

Epidemiological invesligation and clinical study of deep fungal infection In Intensive Care Unit

Objective To investigate deep fungal infection and analyze the clinical characristics of the patients in ICU. Methods Samples of blood, sputum, urine, draining fluid and clinical data were collected from 96 patients in ICU from January 2006 to January 2007 and the results were analyzed. Results There were 8 patients were infected with fungus and 12 strains of fungus were isolated. The major pathogens were Candida albicans . The factors related to deep fungal infection were broadspectrum antibiotics abuse, long term use of glucocorticoid, the severity of the primary diseases, etc. Conclusion Much intention should be paid to the deep fungal infection in ICU. It is important to eliminate the high risk factors, monitroing the fungal infection, early diagnosis and treatment of the infection be performed.
