摘    要:目的:建立测定生脉注射液中重金属元素铜、砷、镉、汞、铅含量的方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法。射频入射功率为1 550 W,萃取电压为-143 V,采样深度为62 mm,载气为高纯氩气,流速为1.1 L/min。经微波消解后的生脉注射液,以钪、锗、铟、铋为内标,以茶叶作为质控标准物质,测定样品中铜、砷、镉、汞、铅的含量。结果:各元素在各自的检测质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r均不低于0.999 8),回收率均大于90%,RSD均不大于2.8%(n=3),铜、砷、镉、汞、铅检测限分别为0.10、0.06、0.03、0.008、0.02 ng/ml。各批样品中重金属含量均在合格范围内。结论:本方法操作简便、准确可靠、专属性强,可用于生脉注射液中重金属元素的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of polypeptide in Transfer factor capsules. METHODS: Folin-phenol colorimetry method was adopted. Alkaline copper and folin-phenol were added into samples, and then ab- sorbance of samples was determined at the detection wavelength of 650 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of polypeptide was 4.15-37.35 μg/ml (r=0.999 0) with an average recovery of 100.25% (RSD=1.06% ,n=3). CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, easy, accurate and reliable, and it is suitable for the quality control of Transfer factor capsules.
