住院2型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵的管理和护理

目的:总结住院2型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵的管理经验及护理要点。方法:从胰岛素泵使用的管理、健康教育、心理疏导、饮食及运动指导、血糖监测等多个方面,对我科124例2型糖尿病患者进行评估。结果:124例糖尿病患者置泵7¹0 d后,血糖水平控制良好,空腹血糖4.410 d后,血糖水平控制良好,空腹血糖4.4⁷ mmol/L,餐后血糖5.67 mmol/L,餐后血糖5.6¹0 mmol/L,无低血糖发生,无皮肤感染及堵管等现象发生。胰岛素泵强化治疗后,患者血糖控制明显优于治疗前。结论:胰岛素泵护理程序的规范化有利于糖尿病患者的血糖控制。

Management of Insulin Pump and Nursing in the Inpatients with Type 2 Diabetes

OBJECTIVE ： To summarize the experience of insulin pump management and the key point of nursing in the inpatients with type 2 diabetes. METHODS： 124 patients with type 2 diabetes in our department were evaluated through the management of insulin pump, health education, psychology counseling, diet and the sport. RESULTS： The blood glucose of 124 patients with diabetes could be controlled effectively by using the insulin pump 7-10 d. The fasting blood glucose were 4.4-7 mmol/L, and postprandial blood glucose were 5.6-10 mmol/L. No ADR was found, such as glycopenia, skin infection and tube obstruction. After intensive treatment of insulin pump, the control of blood glucose was better than before. CONCLUSIONS： The standardized nursing program of insulin pump is conducive to control the blood glucose of diabetes patients.
