影响破裂大脑中动脉瘤手术预后的相关因素分析

目的探讨影响破裂大脑中动脉瘤手术预后的相关冈素。方法回顾性研究51例破裂大脑中动脉瘤手术患者的临床资料，运用Logistic回归模型，对患者的性别、年龄、Hunt—Hess分级、颅内血肿、动脉瘤破裂次数等可能影响预后的指标进行单因素及多因素分析。结果Hunt—Hess分级、Fisher分级和颅内血肿是影响预后的独立危险因素（P〈0．05）。结论大脑中动脉瘤的手术预后受多种因素影响，通过Hunt-Hess分级、Fisher分级和是否伴有颅内血肿可以粗略估预后。

Analysis of the postoperative effect of factors on prognosis of ruptured middle cerebral artery aneurysms

Objective To explore the correlative factors affecting the prognosis of ruptured middle cerebral artery aneurysms after surgical treatment.Methods 51 patients with ruptured middle cerebral artery aneurysms after surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively,and statistical Logistic Was applied to analyze the effect of factors including gender,age,Hunt-Hess grading,intracranial hematoma and times of aneurysms ruptured on prognosis to determine the valuabh variable factors.Results The prognosis of patients was strongly influenced by Hunt-Hess grading,Fisher grading and intracranial hematoma(P＜0.05).Conclusion The pmgnosis of patients is affected by many factors.The Hunt-Hess gradding,Fisher grading and whether associated with intracranial hematoma can he broadly assess the prognosis.
