莫西沙星加服六味地黄丸治疗尿路感染的疗效观察

目的观察莫西沙星加服六味地黄丸治疗尿路感染的疗效。方法54例尿路感染患者随机分成2组,治疗组（莫西沙星加服六味地黄丸）27例,对照组（单独服用莫西沙星）27例,两组均口服莫西沙星,每次0.4 g,1次/d,治疗组加服六味地黄丸,每日8丸,3次/d,两组疗程均为7 d或14 d。结果治疗组和对照组治疗尿路感染的总有效率分别为（25/27）92.59%和（22/27）81.48%7（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应发生率均为7.4%,未发现严重的不良反应。结论莫西沙星加服六味地黄丸在治疗尿路感染中较单独服用莫西沙星更为有效。

Moxifloxacin and clothing Liuweidihuangwan to the treatment effect of urinary tract infection

Objective To investigate the moxifloxacin and clothing Liuweidihuangwan to the effect of treatment of urinary tract infections.Methods 54 cases of urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(plus service moxifloxacin Liuweidihuangwan to)27 cases,the control group(taken alone moxifloxacin)27 cases,oral moxifloxacin in both groups,each 0.4 g day once a day,the treatment group took Liuweidihuang pills,8 pills a day,three times a day,were treated for 7 or 14 days.Results In the treatment group and control group in the treatment of urinary tract infections were efficient(25/27)and 92.59%(22/27)81.48%7(P<0.05)between the incidence of adverse reactions were 7.4%found no serious side effects.Conclusion Moxifloxacin and Liuweidihuangwan to serve in the treatment of urinary tract infection in a separate taking moxifloxacin more effective.
