| 摘 要： | 循证医学的核心思想是在医疗决策中将临床证据、个人经验与患者的实际情况和意愿三者相结合。它是适应合理运用卫生资源、应对信息化时代挑战以及人文主义回归的要求应运而生。循证医学模式取代传统的经验医学模式是临床教育发展的必然趋势。它给临床教育的发展提供了极有价值的启示，即应当建立人本的、可持续发展的、最优化的临床教育。
