尼群地平与硝苯吡啶及克普定和L-精氨酸对大鼠低氧性肺动脉高压的影响比较

摘    要:观察了Ca通道拮抗剂:尼群地平(Nit),硝苯吡啶(Nif)和内皮依赖性血管舒张因子(EDRF)合成前质L-精氨酸(L-A)对大鼠慢性低氧肺动脉高压、右心室肥厚和肺血管肌化的影响,以及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂克普定(Cap)、L-A与钙通道拮抗剂联合使用的效果。结果发现:Nit,Nif与L-A,都能影响低氧性慢性肺动脉高压形成和减轻缺氧引起的右室肥大。CaP可以增强Nit的作用,各用药组中以Nit合并Cap在降低肺动脉高压、右室压和抑制肺小动脉肌化方面效果最好(P<0.05)。

Comparative Effects of Nitrendipine, Captopril and L-Arginine on Chronic Intermittent Hypoxic Pulmonary Hypertension in Rats

Abstract:Experiments were carried on rats in order to study the effects of calcium channel blocker Nitrendipine, Nifedipine and L-Arginine (L-Arginine is the physiological precursor of nitric oxide in endothelium - dependent relaxtion) on chronic intermittent hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension and on the right ventricular hypertrophy and pulmonary vasculative pathologic changes. We also studies if the calcium channel blocker (Nitrendipine) combined pretreatment with the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (Captopril) or L-A could augment the effect of the calcinm channel blocker which reduced the hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and the remodeling of pulmonary vascular. The result showed, (1)calcium channel blocker, L-Arginine played significant role in preventing chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. (2) The combined pretreatment of Nitrendipine and Captopril can synergy the effect in attenuating the chronic effect of hypoxia significantly. It seemed that the Nit Cap has the best effect in attenuating hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and remodeling of small pulmonary artery.
