影响癫痫持续状态疗效的因素分析

目的：探讨影响癫痫持续状态（SE）疗效的因素。方法：对40例各种类型的SE患者的发作类型、病因、诱因、既往史及电解质紊乱、合并症等多种因素与疗效的关系进行分析。结果：惊厥性与非惊厥性SE疗效差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），症状性SE的疗效与特发性及隐源性SE疗效差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。有合并症的SE难控制，既往有无癫痫史对疗效无重要影响，72．5％的SE患者存在电解质紊乱。结论：可以采用与惊厥性SE相同的方法来治疗非惊厥性SE。病因对疗效有重要影响，故应积极治疗原发病。积极预防及治疗合并症，及时纠正电解质紊乱是改善预后的重要措施。

Analysis of the factors which influence the clinical effect of status epilepticus

Objective:To study the factors that influence the clinical effect of status epilepticus(SE) Methods:40 patients were involved The relationship between the seizure paterns,etiology,inducing factors,seizure of past history,confused of electrolytes,complication of SE and clinical effect of SE were investigated Results:The clinical effect showed no significant difference between the groups of convulsive and nonconvulsive SE ( P >0 05),equally so between the groups with and without history of seizure Significant difference was found between the groups of symptomatic SE and cryptogenic SE( P <0 01) The seizure was more difficult to be controlled if the patient had complication of SE 72 5%patients had confused of electrolytes Conclusion:The same methods could be used to treat convulsive and nonconvulsive SE The etiology of SE had important influence to clinical effect,so the original disease should be cured energetically It was also important to treat the complication of SE and correct the confused of electrolytes
