阿立哌唑与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症临床观察

目的评价阿立哌唑与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法阿立哌唑组58例,氟哌啶醇组58例,以阳性与阴性症状量表(PAIVSS),临床疗效总评量表疾病严重程度(CGI-SI),简明精神病量表(BPRS),治疗时出现的症状量表(TESS),锥体外系反应量表(RSESE),评定疗效及不良反应,疗程8周。结果两组疗效相仿。阿立哌唑组PAIVSS阴性症状因子减分在治疗后4～8周明显优于氟哌啶醇组。阿立哌唑组不良反应少。结论阿立哌唑是对阴性及阳性症状均有效、安全的,抗精神病药物。

Clinical Observation on Schizophrenia Treated with Aripiprazole and Aloperidin

Objective To assess the curative effect and safety on treatment of schizophrenia with aripiprazole and aloperidin. Methods There were 58 eases in each group （aripiprazole group and aloperid!n group） who were assessed with PAIVSS, CGI - SI, BPRS, TESS, RSESE and side effect with a course of 8 weeks. Results There had similar curative effect in both groups. The PAIVSS negative factors in aripiprazole group were better than that of other with less side. Conclusion The aripiprazole group was better in both positive and negative symptoms with curative effect and safe.
