血清尿酸水平与老年冠心病关系的探讨

目的:探讨血清尿酸(UA)水平与老年冠心病之间的关系.方法:对133例行冠脉造影检查(CAG)的老年患者血清UA、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及血脂等生化指标进行测定,并按临床表现和CAG结果分为CHD组[包括不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)组、稳定性心绞痛(SAP)组、急性心肌梗死(AMI)组]和对照组.结果:CHD组的一般临床资料与对照组无明显差异,但血清UA、CRP的水平则明显高于对照组;AMI组血清CRP的水平明显高于对照组、SAP组及UAP组,但在CHD的三个亚组中血清UA的水平无明显差异;在冠心病患者中,冠脉三支病变者血清CRP水平高于单支病变者,血清UA的水平无差异.结论:血清UA水平的增高与冠心病密切相关.

The study on the relationship between serum uric acid and coronary heart disease in elderly

Objective:To study the relationship between the serum uric acid(UA) level and coronary heart disease (CHD) in elderly.Methods:The serum UA,C reaction protein(CRP) and blood lipids were determined in 133 patients,in whom coronary arteriography (CAG) was performed,and these patients were classified into 4 groups: acute myocardial infarction(AMI),unstable angina pectoris(UAP),stable angina pectoris(SAP) and control group.Results:The serum UA and CRP were significantly higher in all 3 CHD groups than that in control group,while no difference was found in other clinical data.The CRP in AMI group was significantly higher than that in SAP,UAP and control group,but no difference of UA was found among AMI,UAP and SAP groups.The CRP level in patients with 3 vessels disease was higher than that in patients with single vessel disease,but no significant difference of UA level was found no matter whether the number of diseased vessels.Conclusion:The elevated serum UA level is closely related to CHD.
