| 摘 要： | 目的建立胃痛欣颗粒剂中刺囊酸的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,AccusilC18(4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,10 μm)柱 ,流动相为 :乙腈 水 (V∶V =70∶ 30 ) ,检测波长为 2 15nm。结果刺囊酸在 0 15～ 2 4 0 μg 内与峰面积呈线性关系 ,平均回收率为 97 8% (n =3) ,RSD为1 7%。结论方法可用于猪牙皂药材及其复方制剂的质量控制

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a quantitative determination method of the content of echinocystic acid in Weitongxin Granules by RP-HPLC.Methods A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was employed for the quantitative analysis of echinocystic acid in Weitongxin Granules. The measurement conditions used are as follows: accusil C 18( 4.6 mm× 250 mm, 10 μm )column; mobile phase: acetonitrile-H 2O (V∶V=70∶30); flow rate: 1.0 mL·min -1; the detection wavelength was set at 215 nm.Results The linear ranges of echinocystic acid is 0.15～ 2.40 μg with the r= 0.999 8. The average recovery for the echinocystic acid was 97.8%(RSD=1.7%).The conditions of extraction and determination were optimized.Conclusions The procedure is smiple and rapid.The method may be helpful to the quality control of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.and its preparation. |
