| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘（TCCF）的血管内治疗方法。方法经股动脉入路、用可脱性球囊对18例TC—CF患者进行栓塞治疗。结果18例患者中，16例瘘口一次性完全闭塞，1例瘘口闭塞不全，1例瘘口太小未闭塞。结论可脱性球囊栓塞治疗TCCF创伤小、疗效可靠，是目前较为理想的首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study and compare the methods of endovascular embolization for the treatment of traumatic carotid cavernous fitula(TCCF).Methods Eighteen cases of TCCF were treated with detachable balloons via femoral artery route.Results In 18 patients with TCCF,16 cases were embolized entirely at the first time,one case was embolized partially,another case was failed to embolize because of small mouth of the fistula.Conclusions Embolization of TCCF with detachable balloon is safe,effective and reliable.It is the first choice for the treatment of TCCF. |
