乳腺癌患者抑郁情绪的相关因素分析

目的研究乳腺癌患者抑郁情绪及其影响因素。方法采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）、艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）、简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ）、自编医护辅导调查表进行测评。测评86例乳腺癌患者的抑郁情绪、人格、应对方式、医护辅导并作相关分析和多元线性逐步回归分析。结果乳腺癌患者SDS平均分为47.76±7.38,且抑郁情绪与神经质、消极应对呈正相关（r=0.47,0.27,P〈0.01）,与内外向、积极应对、医护辅导呈负相关（r=-0.41,-0.25,-0.24,P〈0.01）,进入抑郁评分为因变量的回归方程的因素依次有神经质、内外向、积极应对、消极应对、医护辅导（R=0.57,R2=0.32,P〈0.01）。结论神经质、内外向、积极应对、消极应对、医护辅导是影响乳腺癌患者抑郁情绪的主要因素。

Analysis on Depression Emotion of breast cancer patients and its related factors

Objective To study depression emotion of breast cancer patients and its related factors. Methods A total of 56 breast cancer patients were assessed with Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）,Eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ ）,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire （SCSQ） and Self Health care counselling Survey.The data were studied with correlation analysis and multiple regressive analysis. Results The average score of SDS was 47.76±7.38. The score of SDS was positively correlated with the scores of nuroticism and negative coping style （r=0.47,0.27,P〈0.01）,and was negatively correlated with the scores of introversion and extraversion,positive coping style,health care counselling （r=-0.41,-0.25,-0.24,P〈0.01）.Stepwise regression analysis revealed that neuroticism,introversion and extraversion,positive coping style ,negative coping style were main factors affecting depression（R=0.57,R2=0.32,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The important factors affecting interaction depression of breast cancer patients included neuroticism,introversion and extraversion,positive coping style,negative coping style,as well as health care counselling.
