高频超声及彩色多普勒超声诊断髌骨骨折的临床应用

摘    要:目的分析高频超声及彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)诊断髌骨骨折的声像图特征,探讨其对髌骨骨折的价值。方法对有膝关节外伤史、临床表现和查体均怀疑髌骨骨折的78例患者在进行超声检查同时进行X线检查。结果46例患者高频超声发现有髌骨骨折,其中合并侧副韧带及半月板损伤者28例。骨折断端错位0.5—5.0mm,在骨折发生后3周可探及骨折周围有明显血管反应。全部经X线拍片证实。超声诊断符合率为100%。结论高频率超声可以检出轻微错位的髌骨骨折及髌股软骨骨折,同时可检出侧副韧带、半月板损伤以及关节腔积液,根据骨折周围血管反应准确判断骨折愈合情况,具有一定的临床应用用价值。

High-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in patients with patellar fracture

Abstract:Objective To analyze the high -frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) diagnosis of patellar fracture characteristics of the audio and video to explore the value of the patellar fracture. Methods For the history of knee trauma, clinical performance and inspection bodies are suspected of 78 cases of patellar fracture in patients with ultrasound during the X - ray examination at the same time. Results Out of 46 cases were found patcllar fracture with high - frequency ultrasound, which combined collateral ligament and meniscus injury were 28 cases. Fracture dislocation ends 0.5 - 5.0mm, in three weeks after the fracture can be detected around the fracture significantly vasoreactivity. All confirmed by X - ray. Ultrasound diagnosis rate was 100%. Conclusion High -frequency ultrasound can he detected in a minor dislocation of the patella fracture and patellar cartilage fracture, and collateral ligament could be detected, meniscus injury, as well as joint effusion, in accordance with peripheral vascular response to fracture accurately determine fracture healing, has a certain with the value of clinical application.
