毛叶巴豆中甾醇类化合物的研究

 目的研究大戟科(Euphorbiaceae)植物毛叶巴豆(Croton caudatus Geisel.var.tomentosus Hook.)茎的化学成分。方法利用硅胶和凝胶色谱分离纯化化合物,根据现代波谱学技术(MS、¹H-NMR、¹³C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果从毛叶巴豆茎的体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个甾醇,分别为(24R)-5α-豆甾-3,6-二酮(1)、豆甾烷-22-烯-3,6-二酮(2)、β-豆甾烷(3)、(24S)-3β,5α,6β-三羟基-豆甾烷(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、β-谷甾醇醋酸酯(6)、3β-羟基-豆甾-5-烯-7-酮(7)、7-氧基豆甾醇(8)、7α-羟基谷甾醇(9)、7α-羟基豆甾醇(10)、7β-羟基谷甾醇(11)、7β-羟基豆甾醇(12)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到,其中化合物2,4,6～12共9个化合物为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Study on Steroids from the Stem of Croton caudatus Geisel. var. tomentosus Hook

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Croton caudatus Geisel.var.tomentosus Hook.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by the silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and identified by the spectroscopic analysis.RESULTS Tweleve steroids were isolated from the ethanol extract of its stem and elucidated as(24R)-5α-stigmast-3,6-dione(1),stigmasta-22-en-3,6-dione(2),β-sitosterol(3),(24S)-stigmast-3β,5α,6β-triol(4),daucosterol(5),β-sitosterol acetate(6),3β-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one(7),7-oxo-3β-stigmasterol(8),7α-dydroxysitosterol(9),stigmast-5,22-dien-3β,7α-diol(10),7β-hydroxysitosterol(11)and stigmast-5,22-dien-3β,7β-diol(12).CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from Croton caudatus Geisel.var.tomentosus Hook for the first time.Compounds 2,4,6-12 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
