咪唑安定清醒镇静术用于肛门手术的临床研究

目的研究不同剂量的咪唑安定在连续硬膜外麻下的镇静作用及对呼吸循环的影响,并探讨其最佳剂量.方法120例拟做各类肛门手术的患者,随机分对照组,咪唑安定0.04mg/kg,咪唑安定0.06 mg/kg三组.观察其镇静分级,遗忘程度,手术后的满意度,并记录血压、脉搏、血氧饱和度及心电图的变化.结果与对照组相比,咪唑安定0.06 mg/kg效果优于0.04mg/kg,其镇静程度明显,遗忘程度高,对呼吸循环功能影响小.结论咪唑安定0.06mg/kg用于清醒镇静肛门手术是安全有效的,为最佳剂量.

Clinical study on conscious sedation with Midozalam for anus surgery

Objective: To investigate the sedative actions and its influences of Midazolam upon respiration and circulation at various dosages under continuous epidural anesthesia as well as to probe out its optimum acting dosage. Methods: 120 cases of patients with planning anus surgeries were divided into 3 groups at random as control group, Midazolam (0.04 mg/kg) group, and Midazolam (0.06 mg/kg) group; and observations were made in term of sedation classifications, oblivious degree, postoperative satisfaction as well as recordings on blood pressure, pulses, saturation of blood oxygen, and electrocardiogram. Results: The effectiveness of Midazolam at 0.06 mg/kg was better than that at 0.04 mg/kg compared with control group with obvious sedative action and higher oblivious degree but less influence upon respiration and circulation. Conclusion: Midazolam administered at 0.06 mg/kg is safe and effective for conscious sedation of anus surgeries and can be regarded as an optimum dosage for clinical applications.
