| 摘 要： | 目的：了解未婚异位妊娠患者的焦虑情况,并探讨护理对策。方法：采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）和自制的情绪相关因素问卷调查表,通过对我科2008年1月至2008年12月收治未婚异位妊娠71例患者进行焦虑状况评估分析,针对焦虑情况和影响情绪相关因素给予个性化的心理护理。结果：未婚异位妊娠患者普遍存在较严重的焦虑状态,SAS总分显著高于常模（P〈0.01）。结论：个性化的心理护理可减轻未婚异位妊娠患者的焦虑和不良情绪,促进其身心康复,为临床护理提供了理论依据及实践经验。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the anxiety state of unmarried patients with ectopic pregnancy and to explore their nursing countermeasure.Method： From 2008-1 to 2008-12,totally 71 unmarried patients with ectopic pregnancy were evaluated anxiety state with Zung＇s self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-making mood related factors questionnaire.Individuality psycho-nursing interventions were given to unmarried patients with ectopic pregnancy according to their anxiety state and mood related factors.Result： Unmarried patients with ectopic pregnancy universally had more serious anxiety state.The total score of SAS showed significantly higher than normals（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Individuality psycho-nursing interventions might decrease anxiety and bad mood of unmarried patients with ectopic pregnancy and keep their physical and mental health recovery.This provides theoretical basis and practice experience for clinical nursing. |
