| 摘 要： | 目的:观察苦碟子注射液联合血塞通注射液对急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将96例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组49例与对照组47例。对于有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等基础病史者给予对症治疗,在此基础上治疗组给予苦碟子注射液联合血塞通注射液,对照组给予脉络宁注射液,比较两组治疗14d后的疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为91.84%,明显高于对照组的74.47%,两组治疗后有效率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦碟子注射液联合血塞通注射液对急性脑梗死疗效确切,无明显不良反应。
