血清总胆汁酸、胆碱酯酶和前清蛋白检测在肝病中的意义

目的观察血清TBA、CHE、PA水平在各组肝病中的表现,了解其在肝病中的临床意义。方法测定急性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎、慢性活动性肝炎、肝硬化共4组263例肝脏疾病及50例健康对照组的血清TBA（酶循环法）、CHE（酶连续监测法）及PA（免疫透射比浊法）的水平,进行统计学处理。结果肝病各组与健康对照组比较三项指标差异均有统计学意义。三项指标在慢性迁延性肝炎中变化的幅度最小;而在其它肝病中,TBA均增高非常显著,CHE、PA则降低非常显著,尤其在肝硬化患者中最为显著。结论血清TBA、CHE、PA三项联合检测对肝脏疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗、病情发展及预后判断有十分重要的临床意义。
